Installing as an Existing User

Follow this process if you are an existing Encryption for Email user but the computer you want to use does not have the Encryption for Email client installed.

To install Encryption for Email as a Registered User:

1. Install Encryption for Email.

2. Type your Email Address and Password. When you type your email address, Encryption for Email detects that this address is already in use and requires you to sign in to transfer the registration. After the registration has been transferred, you begin to receive your private keys, as on the other computer. The Security Questions screen appears.

3. In the Answer fields, type the answers to the security questions shown.

4. Click Next.

5. Open your email and complete the process.
